COLUMBIA (Special) — Funeral services for John H. Elliott, 56, of Columbia, were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in Riser and Sons Funeral Home chapel here with the Rev. Arlie Bratton and the Rev. James Downs officiating.
Mr. Elliott died Sunday afternoon in a Monroe hospital after a long illness.
Burial was scheduled in Welcome Home Cemetery under direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home of Columbia.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Zelma Elliott; a son, Johnny Elliott; two sisters, Mrs. Mae Volentine and Mr. Lucille Duff, all of Columbia, and a brother, W. M. Elliott of Monroe.
