THE PARIS NEWS, 11 Feb 1968. 'Services for Curtis Hill, 65, former city employee, are set for 2:30 p.m. Monday at Leverett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Hill died at his home, 112 George Wright Homes, at 7 p.m. Friday evening. Born in Cass County, 7 Aug 1902, he was the son of I.A. and Josaphine (Moore) Hill. He married the former Miss Scottie Johnson 25 Oct 1924 in Hugo, Okla. He was a member of the Belmont Baptist Church. Surviving are three sons, the Rev. James Terrell Hill, Paris, Rayburn Hill, Commerce, and W.C. (Dub) Hill, Ft. Worth; three daughters, Mrs. Oswald Gulliams, Mrs. Minnie Rhodes and Mrs. Jack Abshire, all of Paris; one brother, D.D. Hill, Pampa; one sister, Mrs. Sovella Crawley, Texarkana; and 14 grandchildren.'
