Blackwell Sunday Tribune, Sunday, December 20, 1931---LOCAL ENGINEER DIES IN NIGHT--William J. Robinson, 61 year old engineer at the Globe refinery, died at his home, 223 East Lawrence Ave, Friday night. Robinson was born November 1, 1870 in Lindsborg, KS (my note he was born in Linn Co, KS). He came to Blackwell in 1893. He is survived by the widow; a stepson. J. Huntsinger of San Pedro, CA; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Brazelton, Mrs. E. S. Courtney, Mrs. Nettie Horton, and Mrs. Alice Nash, all of Blackwell, and Mrs. Lula Williamson (my note should be Williams) of Tonkawa and a granddaughter, Mildred Williamson. No Funeral arrangements have been made pending the arrival of the stepson. Roberts mortuary is in charge of the body.
