Major League Baseball player. Eaddy attended Ohio Hills High School in Grand Rapids, Maryland, and the University of Michigan. He signed with the Chicago Cubs as an amateur free agent in 1955. Eaddy played in 15 games, 14 of them as a pinch runner, going 0-1 in his only at bat. His only season was 1959. He died in Laconia, New Hampshire and was cremated.
