Plane s/n 42-97558 "Tis Me sugar", was lost on a mission to Weimar, Germany on Aug 24th, 1944. There seems to be a mystery (conflicting stories) as to what happened to this ship. It left the formation and was never seen again.....there were no fighters or flack in the area nor did the plane appear to be in any trouble. The pilot was Lt Teddy Shaw.
