Andrew J. Cloud, aged 82, well known and highly respected farmer of the Parksville community succumbed to a two weeks illness Sunday afternoon. He suffered a stroke at his home two weeks ago.

Mr. Cloud was born and reared in the Parksville community on a farm near where he died. His wife died more than 20 years ago.

He is survived by three sons and three daughters, Jay, Winston, and Ms. Treace Dillon of Parksville; George and Mrs. J. R. Parks, Sheffield Alabama; and Mrs.E. S. Reynolds, Athens, Ohio; also one half sister, Mrs. Harve Fetzer, Benton; 27 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10:30 from Zion church, the Rev. George Passmore officiating. Burial in the church cemetery.
