A 1945 graduate of BMC Durfee High School, Bunny worked for the ELBE File Company in Fall River for ten years as a bookbinder, retiring in 1959. Mrs. Belanger was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Fall River. She enjoyed listening to music and attending musical performances. She also loved to decorate her home for different occasions.
In addition to her husband, she leaves two sons, Jeffrey J. Belanger of Fall River, and Samuel Belanger of New York City; two sisters, Estelle Keilty of Somerset, MA, and Susan Cabral of Fall River, MA; a brother, George McNaughton of Somerset; and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mildred Torpey and Alfred McNaughton.
Funeral Information
Her funeral service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. from THE HATHAWAY HOME FOR FUNERALS, 1813 Robeson St., Fall River, followed by a Mass with Requiem Eucharist at 10:00 am in the Church of the Holy Spirit, 160 Rock St., Fall River, with burial to follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River.
