Aunt Callie Stalcup, 93, of Route 3, Butler, died early Thursday morning at her home. She had been sick for a few days. She was a member of the Little Doe Baptist Church and the widow of the late W. A. Stalcup.
Survivors include one son, James Stalcup, Albany, Oregon, two daughters, Mrs. Maggie Kyle, Cartersville, Wa., and Mrs. Sara Stott, Athens, Oregon; one brother [son] James Stalcup of Elizabethton.
Nine grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren also survive. Hill Funeral Home of Mountain City is in charge of arrangements.
