Davis C. Lent, retired Glasco brick manufacturer, died this morning after a short illness, at the home of his brother-in-law, Ernest Seaman, 61 Flatbush Avenue. He was born in Connecticut October 30, 1854.
He is survived by one son, Ward Lent of New York City and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Sarah Finger of Saugerties, Mrs. Lillian Amouroux and George W. Lent, both of Seattle, Washington, John W. Lent of Glasco, William Lent of Beacon. Charles Brooks, serving with the U.S. Army overseas, is a grandson and there are several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services will be held at the W. N. Conner Funeral Home Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
