Russell C Danner, 60, died Wednesday at his home, Dillsburg R.3. He was an employe of the New Cumberland General Army Depot.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Isabella Unger Danner; two sons, Forrest L, Glen Rock R.1, and Barry L Danner, at home; three daughters, Mrs Lester Horn, Shilloh; Mrs Ellis Himes, Dover R.4, and Miss Linda R Danner, at home; two brothers, Millard Danner, Wellsville and Paul Danner, Dillsburg R.3; five sisters, Mrs Ruth Thoman and Miss [sic] Eva Deardorff, both of East Berlin R.1; Mrs Almeda Davis, Grantham; Mrs Nora Davis, Wellsville R.1 and Mrs Sarah Smith, Lewisberry R.1, and nine grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Cocklin Funeral Home, Dillsburg. The REv. Jack Parthemore, editor of the Church Advocate, and the Rev. Thomas L Smith, pastor of Mt Pleasant Church of God, will officiate. Burial will be at Filey's Cemetery.
