She was a loving wife and extraordinary mother and grandmother to her 8 children, 38 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren. She spent many years in various jobs, but always surrounded herself with people. She loved to travel and go camping and we will miss her around the family campfires. Edna was known for her open door policy to her childrens friends and neighbors. She will always be remembered for giving her 3 kisses and saying her -I love you- whenever she said goodbye to her family.
Survived by her husband and children: Carolyn Gillian; Bill McEwan; Richard McEwan; Leslie Pettey; Jeff (Jenny) McEwan; Steven (Laurie) McEwan; Greg McEwan; Mike (Mary) McEwan, 3 stepchildren, her 3 brothers Rex (Janice) Berry of Tooele, David (Karen) Berry of Cedar City, Bob (Penny) Behunin of Cedar City, sister Ila Rae (Frank) Perrine of Cerritos, Ca. She was preceded in death by her 1st husband Mack McEwan and by a grandson Seth McEwan.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 16, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Harbor Park Chapel (Lakeside 10th Ward), 2225 West 620 North in Provo. Friends and family may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Sundberg-Olpin Funeral Home, 495 South State Street in Orem, and also Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 at the ward chapel. Interment will be in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
