Tuesday morning Mrs. Kader Hutchings died, after a brief illness of pneumonia with complications, aged forty-two. The funeral service was held at the Christian church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, conducted by her pastor, Dr. M. G. Buckner, after which she was laid to rest, with many tears, in Spring Hill cemetery. She was Miss Minnie Stagg, a daughter of Mrs. James H. Stagg, and about sixteen years ago was married to Mr. Kader Hutchings who, with two small children, Laura and D. J., survives her. Mrs. Hutchings leaves a large circle of friends and relatives who have been grieved and saddened by her death. She was one of God's best gifts to earth-a sweet and noble woman, whose heart interest were bounded by her hearthstone. A loving and tender mother, a devoted and helpful wife, her greatest joy seemed to be centered in her home and family. She became a member of the Christian church in her girlhood, and had always led a consistent Christian life. She leaves a number of sisters and brothers, all of whom reside here except Mrs. Bonta, of Wilmington, O., and Mrs. William Austin, of Richmond, Va. Mrs. Bonta came on to be present at the funeral.
