Graveside services for Leroy Piper of Gainesville, Texas,
formerly of Globe, were June 13th at Fairview Cemetery
in Gainesville. Mr. Piper died June 12th in Gainesville
Memorial Hospital. He was born October 19th in
Gainesville, Texas. He was a member of the Church
of Jesus Christ, a World War II Veteran and a retired
Cook. He was married to Gladys Alexander who
preceded him in death on October 23rd 1971.
Survivors include two brothers; Price Piper of Tucson
and James Piper of Globe. Five sisters, Mrs. C.H.
Gilbreath and Mrs. A.J. Gilbreath both of Gainesville.
Mrs. A.D. Walker, Mrs. George Thompson and Mrs.
Clyde Ramsey, all of Globe.
