Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Evans Jared, 87, were held Saturday afternoon at the Boma Baptist Church. Burial was in the Smellage Cemetery. Widow of the late William Ensor Jared, Mrs. Jared died April 13 at City Hospital after a long illness.
She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Cassie Thompson, Ada, OK; Mrs. Ralph Wirt, and Mrs. Dow Robinson, Cookeville, 3 sons, Julius Jared, Stonewall, OK; Tom Jared, Sulphur, OK; and Willie Jared, Dayton, OH, over a 100 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
