Funeral services for Elizabeth Jane Evans Carr, 85, who died at her home 15 miles west of Cookeville, Wednesday morning, will be held at the Smellage Cemetery Friday afternoon at 2:00, the Rev. J. A. Harris
and the Rev. Andrew Albert officiating.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Carr of near Boma; 4 daughters, Mrs. Mattie Brown and Mrs. Charlie Pullum of Gentry; Mrs. Rush Scarlett of Cookeville, and Mrs. Ida Butler of FL; 3 sons, Alfred Carr of TX, Grover and Elijah Carr of Boma, and 1 sister, Mrs. W. E. Jared of Cookeville.
