Belle Conover, age 90, died Saturday, May 4, 1985, at the West Lake Cumberland Hospital in Columbia.
Born July 20, 1894, she was a daughter of James E. and Cordelia Johnson Atchley. She was the widow of Ruford E. Conover who died in 1969.
Survivors include two children, Mrs. Ruby Grider and L.B. Conover, both of Russell Springs; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, John Atchley of Russell Springs.
The funeral was Monday, May 5, 1985, 1:00 p.m. at the Rippetoe Funeral Home, with Bro. David Coffey and Bro. Oval Smith officiating. Music arrangements were made by Mrs. Phyllis Egnew.
Pallbearers were grandsons.
Interment was in the Conover Cemetery in Adair County.
