A 1976 cemetery walk through lists Date of Death as Feb 1877. A WPA walk through spotted a George Dunkee deceased 15 Feb 1877, with the same inscription. Photographed head stone supports dates listed. Burial site of his wife Margaret is presently unknown... Possibly with George but as far as I know it is not on the memorial. She was running the family farm in Page, Iowa upon the last known census for her.
