Age 85, of Bridgeville, on Tuesday, November 28, 2006; a P.O.W. in WWII while serving in the US Army Airforce and the owner of Shady's Bar and Grill, Bridgeville, for over 20 years. Beloved husband of the late Peggy Shady; loving father of Leesa (Bill) Slack of Bridgeville and the late Marjorie Ann Morris and Joyce Zarelli; brother of Helen LaRocca and the late Marion, Nina, Helen, Charles and Jim Shady and Ann Corey and Jean Melillo; grandfather of Jason Zarelli, Jackie Fury, Jessie Slack and Kimberly Tornabene; also four great-grandchildren. Friends received Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9pm, in the new WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, where a Trisagion Service will be held Wednesday, 8pm. Funeral Liturgy will be held Thursday, 10am, in St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. Family suggests memorials to St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 610 Dewey Ave., Bridgeville, PA 15017.
