Faith --- Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Moelter, who died at her home in Faith Nov. 4, were held from the Faith Catholic Church. Rev. William Moelter officiated and burial was in the Catholic Cemetery at Faith under the direction of the F. O. Jolley Funeral Home.

Mrs. Moelter was born in Germany on October 28, 1885. She came to the United States with her parents at the age of eight, settling in Redwood County, Minn.

She was married to Mathias N. Moelter at Wanda, Minn., in 1906. The couple moved to a homestead near Opal in the fall of 1912 where they resided until 1950 when they moved to Faith. They have lived there since.

Survivors include her husband; one son, John; four daughters, Margaret Moelter, Mrs. Alvera Howell and Mrs. Gertrude Hoffman, all of Faith; and Mrs. Matilda Greib of Maurine; 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Catherine Ausburn, Farina, Ill., and Mrs. Lena Reilly, Wanda, Minn., and two brothers, Nick Backen, Jefferes, Minn., and Claus Becken, in Saskatchewan, Canada. Two children and two brothers preceded her in death.
