Sarah Jane Fisk Robinson was buried first at Mount Pleasant. She was the widow of (Iron Brigade) 7th Wisconsin Infantry Colonel William Wallace Robinson, Sr (14 Dec 1819 - 27 Apr 1903), also buried first at Mount Pleasant. Sometime around World War One the family moved them to the Fort Lawton Military Cemetery, where they have the biggest marker on the east side. Probably what instigated it was the death of one of the sons, W W Robinson Jr, in World War One service in the nation's capital. Sarah was born 18 Sep 1819 in Watertown, Jefferson, New York and died in Seattle on 2 Nov 1908. Their daughter Leonora married Hollon Richardson, who is buried elsewhere on the Mount Pleasant grounds, also a Colonel in the 7th Wisconsin Infantry.
