David Jerome Gann, 63, of Amarillo died Monday, July 12, 2010.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Llano Cemetery with T.C. Messer officiating.

Mr. Gann was born July 10, 1947, in Amarillo to Ernest Elvin and Evelyn Mae Gann. He was in the U.S. Army until the time of his accident. He was cared for by his mother until her passing.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Margaret Geraldine Duke; and a brother, Ernest Ray Gann.

Survivors include a sister, Marcella Ernestine Ackley of Kennard; two brothers, Elvin Jack "Curly" Gann and Ronald Lee Gann, both of Amarillo; 20 nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family suggests memorials be made to Accolade Home Care, 6300 W. Interstate 40, Suite 210, Amarillo, TX 79106-2518.
