Roy Thomas Richter, 71, passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2008. He was a native of Jacksonville and has lived here all of his life.
His wife Iris preceded him in death.
His hobbies were fishing, cookouts, and spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his daughters, Tommie Richter, Linda Pennington (Joe), Shirley Spaulding (Ken), and Debbie Ricafrente (Richard) all of Jacksonville; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren;
Funeral services were held on Tuesday May 27, at 2pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, with Rev. Billy Strickland officiating.
Interment will follow in Dinsmore Community Cemetery, Jacksonville.
