Barney E. Weimer

Barney E. Weimer, aged 69, a native of Bedford county, died Wednesday afternoon at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Emma Johnson of Lower Yoder township, Cambria county, Pa. He was born in Bedford county May 27, 1854, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Weimer. Mr. Weimer was married twice and is survived by the following children: Callen Weimer, 113 Bond street, Johnstown; Mrs. Emma Johnson, Lower Yoder township; George Weimer in the West; Howard Weimer, Detroit, Mich.; Conda Weimer, Flinton, Pa.; James Weimer, Cleveland, O.; Patrick Weimer and Mrs. Elise Teeter, both of Cumberland; Effie Weimer, Artemas, Pa., and Hulda Weimer, Monessen, W.Va. Two children, Oda and Clair Weimer, died some years ago. The body was taken to Cumberland this afternoon. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning in the Fairview church, Bedford county, with interment in the church cemetery.
