MRS. MARIA DEAN

Wife of John T. Dean, died at 7:15 o'clock yesterday morning at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Blain McIntire of Homers gap. She was born on Dec. 5, 1862, in Morrisons cove, a daughter of Andrew and Rose Ann (Steelman) Teeters. Surviving are her husband, five sons and five daughters, Joseph E. Dean of Roaring Spring, Charles L. of Port Matilda, William A., Warren S. and John, all of the city, Mrs. McIntire of Homers gap, Mrs. Elsie Kuhlman, of Philadelphia, Mrs. B. H. Rose, Mrs. Florence Harkins and Mrs. Edna Querry, all of the city, thirty grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters, Samuel Teeters of Shoenberger, William of Hawns bridge, Mrs. Susie Croft of McConnellstown and Mrs. Maggie Price of Port Matilda. Mrs. Dean was a member of Calvary Baptist church where funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be made in Rose Hill cemetery. The body may be viewed at the home of Mrs. C.D. Querry, 506 Eighteenth street.
