Mrs. Roseanna Teeters
Widow of Andrew Teeters, died at her home near Arch Springs Tuesday night at 11.40 o'clock, death being attributed to paralysis. She was stricken a week ago. She was born at Newry, Jan. 1, 1841 and had resided at Shaffersville for many years prior to going to Arch Springs to live two years ago. She was the last of her family and her survivors are five children, Mrs. Elizabeth Dean of Altoona, Mrs. Susie Croft of McConnellstown, Miss Margaret Teeters of Tyrone, Samuel Teeters of Sinking Valley and William Teeters of Hawns Bridge. She was a member of the Water Street Lutheran church. Funeral services will be conducted in the Arch Springs Presbyterian church Friday morning at 10.30 o'clock, in charge of Rev. Walter K. Harnish. Interment in the Shaffersville cemetery.

Mrs. Rosanna Teeters died at the home of her son, Samuel Teeters, of Sinking Valley, February 1, 1927, aged eight-six years and one month. Death was caused by paralysis.
The deceased is survived by three daughters and two sons, Mrs. Elizabeth Dean, of Altoona, Mrs. Susan Croft, of McConnellstown, Miss Margaret Teeters, of Tyrone, Samuel Teeters, of Sinking Valley, and William Teeters, of Juniata Township. She is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, forty-five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. The funeral services were held at the Presbyterian Church in Sinking Valley. February 4 at ten o'clock, conducted by Rev. Walter Harnish. Interment was made in the Shaffersville cemetery.
