Viola Mendenhall was actually Sybil Viola Baker, b. abt 1900 who was previously married to Calvin Faw Mendenhall about 1929-1930. She married George in 1938, but her burial is unknown. Her perents were Sidney Lee Baker and Gertrude D. Hill, both of Surry County, NC. Sidney's burial is unknown and Gertrude is buried at New Home UMC in East Bend.
