FULTON Ethel V. Scroggin, 84, died Monday, Dec. 22, 1997, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was the daughter of Trannie Bowen and Roshie Stone, and the widow of Charlie Scroggin. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed quilting and gardening.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Hardin’s Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include one son, Charles Doyle Scroggin and his wife, Karen, of Tampa, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Harvey Guntharp of Fulton; two grandchildren, Cendy Anderson and her husband, Jeff, of Cleveland, Tenn., and Ronald Scroggin of New Port Richey, Fla.; one great-granddaughter, Johanna Anderson; two stepgrandchildren, Lesley Tayne and Jerry Justice, both of Springhill, Fla.
She was preceded in death by a stepgrandson, Matthew.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
