Levina Walters widow of Amos Walters died at the home of her daughter Mrs. Samuel Colyer of 253 W 3rd St. this morning 7:40am. She was age 76y 9m 10d. She was confined with her bad health for the past seven weeks suffering of bronchitis and pneumonia. Her maiden name was Levina Stoner. She was a native of Millheim. She leaves three sons and three daughters: John Walters of Lewistown, Oscar Walters of Milroy, Mrs. James Houser and Mrs. John Bair of Spring Mills, Centre Co and Mrs. Samuel Colyer of 253 W 3rd St. Lewistown. The following three brother and three sisters are living: David Stoner of Centre Hall, Mrs. George Zerbe of Penn Hall,Centre Co., William Stoner of Ohio, Reuben Stoner of Kansas, Mrs. Wm Mayes of Millheim, and Mrs. Susan Long of Tusseyville. He was a member of Evangelical Church Locust Grove Centre County for 60yr. The relatives and family will meet at the Collier home W Third St Saturday morning at 8am and go to Spring Mills where the services will be conducted in the Lutheran Church. The burial will be made in the Lutheran Church Cemetery in Spring Mills, Rev. M A Kennedy pastor of the Lewistown Evangelical Church will officiate the funeral. They will go from Lwtn to Spring Mills in automobiles.
