Announcement was made yesterday of the marriage on New Year's Eve at the Chancery office here of Miss Grace O'Neil Putney, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen S. Putney, Black Lake to Charles E. Russell, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward A. Russell, Canton. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Arthur Leary. The couple was attended by Miss Julia Gibson and Ernest Manfred, St. Lawrence State Hospital employees. Both Mr. and Mrs. Russell are employed at the institution.
