Anemia was the cause of death.
Mr. Mohr was born in Shelby County, May 14, 1855, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christian Mohr, being at the time of death 79 years and 21 days old.
On February 12, 1881, he was married to Miss Ella Newcomb and to this union were born four children, to of who survive.
Besides the widow and two children, Mrs. Nora Hey of Shelby Township and Mrs. Sarah McCrea of Hendricks Township, the deceases is survived by one brother, William Mohr of Shelby Township; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
About seventeen years ago Mr. and Mrs. Mohr moved to Shelbyville and resided here for the past eleven years at which time Mr. Mohr had his church membership transferred to the local first Baptist Church.
Friends may call at the late home at anytime until the hour of the funeral.
