Resident of City 35 Years Dies
Funeral services are pending for Opal Snyder Foss, 51, 3445 W. 13th, who died Thursday morning in St. Francis Hospital.
She was born May 14, 1907, at Jacksonville, W. Va., and had been a resident of Wichita 35 years, coming here from Tulsa, Okla.
She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Her marriage to Cyril Foss occurred in 1949 at Mountain Home, Ark. He died in 1951.
She is survived by a daughter, Suzanne Fordham Jawllao of New York City; three sisters, Mrs. R. J. Duren, 2105 Gold; Mrs. Lester Morris, 240 S. Old Manor and Mrs. Sidney Mourning of Dallas, Tex.
Funeral arrangement will be announced by Byrd-Snodgrass Mortuary.
