WILLIAM BARNEY BRINSON
W. B. Brinson, 69, of 1422 Park Avenue, a retired ACL conductor, died at 9:15 a.m. this morning at Seminole Memorial Hospital. A native of Georgia, he had resided in Sanford for 40 years.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Mae Brinson, a son, Maj. W. B. Brinson Jr., who arrived only this morning from his Army assignment at Heidelberg, Germany, and four grandchildren.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 1965

William Barney Brinson, 69, of 1422 Park Avenue, died Friday. He came to Sanford in 1940 and retired five years ago as a conductor for Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of the American Legion of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen and of Bay Branch Baptist Church in Sylvania, GA.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Edna M. Brinson of Sanford; a son, Maj. W. B. Brinson, Jr., US Army, Heidelberg, Germany, now here on leave; four grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Ola Franklin of Sylvania, Mrs. Celestine Franklin of Jackson, SC, Mrs. Rexford NeSmith of Albany, GA; brothers, Sidney of Lake City, Titus of Dade City, Homer and Earl of Sylvania, John Francis of Port Wentworth, GA and S. Clifford of Brooklett, GA.
Gramkow Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
