"Services will be 1pm Wednesday at Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Norma Jean Alverson, 75, of Canfield who passed away early Monday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Norma was born November 15, 1929 in Canfield the daughter of Herbert and Lilly (Welch) Renkenberger and was a life long area resident. She was a Manager for Lawson's Dairy for 5 years until 1970. Norma was a graduate of Canfield High School class of 1946, and a member of Canfield Christian Church. Norma enjoyed gardening, cooking, but most of all she loved the time she spent with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Norma leaves her husband Raymond whom she married July 27, 1957, two children; Gloria Jeanne Hudnell of North Bloomfield, Ohio, Charles Allan (Karen) Reese of Phoenix, AZ, one brother Herbert McCartney of Diamond, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 2 brothers; John and Forrest and one sister Ethel Greasel Beard.
Family and friends may call from noon until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home." Burial – 22 June 2005 in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, Canfield Twp., Mahoning Co. OH
