This man was my grandfather, father of Donald D. Entringer who co owned with his brother,Gerald Entringer, McKenzie Pastry Shops, throughout the New Orleans metropolitan area from the 1950's through the 1990's . Daniel was married to Ruby whose maiden name I do not know. They were prominent citizens of Biloxi, MS in the 1940's. Donald married Nina C. Coleman and they had 2 daughters, Patricia and Pamela (me). They divorced and Donald remarried Earline (maiden name unknown). Donald and Earline had 3 children, Donald Jr (deceased 2010),Daniel, and Debra. Donald's first born, Patricia, died on April 6, 2005 from cancer.
