Homer L. Tucker, 78, of Hemet, California, died February 4 at Hemet Valley Hospital, California. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Pius Agnaius Tucker of Eveleigh, both deceased. He was born September 11, 1898. He was a member of Washington Street Methodist Church and IOOF Harris Lodge of Indianapolis, Indiana. He retired from Link-Belt Division of F.M.C. in 1961 after 33 years. Survivors include his wife Ruby (Savage) Tucker of Hemet, California; one daughter, Mrs. Esther Boston of Danville, Indiana; one son, Robert E. Tucker of Simi Valley, California; one step-daughter, Mrs. Betty Mosley of Indianapolis, Indiana; two brothers, Clyde Tucker of Fresno, California and Lee Tucker of Leitchfield, Kentucky; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Mattingly and Mrs. Gertrude Gray, both of Louisville, and Mrs. Lula Kinghorn of Fort Myers, Florida; 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held February 8 at Royster Askin Sandrock Mortuary with interment in Lincoln Memory Garden Cemetery in Whitestown, Boone Co., Indiana.
