MUSCATINE, Iowa — Ardis Yvonne Rick, 83, of Muscatine, died Saturday, June 26, 2010, at All American Care Center in Muscatine.
Ardis Yvonne Lowe was born on April 26, 1927, in Columbus Junction, the daughter of James V. and Lois M. Dallmeyer Lowe. Ardis was united in marriage to George Rick.
She was a College Regent in the Ladies of the Moose.
She enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo and spending time with her family.
Ardis will be deeply missed by her son, George Edward Rick of Muscatine; four grandchildren, Ronald Allen, Kevin Todd, George Edward Rick Jr. and Jason Troy; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Larry James Rick; two brothers, William Lowe and James Lowe; and two sisters, Pauline Rex and Jean Meredith.
