TUCKER SERVICES HELD AT GROESBECK

Groesbeck - Mrs. Carmen Tucker, 76, of Groesbeck, former longtime employe of South Limestone Hospital, died Wednesday at a Waco hospital.

Services were at 2 today at Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Walter Brown and the Rev. Troy Brooks officiated. Burial was at Faulkenberry Cemetery.

Mrs. Tucker was born Aug. 20, 1910, in Otto. She was married to Cleve Tucker on Aug. 7, 1926, in Waco; he died March 20, 1966.

She was a member of the First baptist Church in Groesbeck and worked as a food service employe for Dr. Stanely Cox and the South Limestone Hospital in Groesbeck for 20 years.

Survivors inlclude three daughters, Beverly Ferguson of Personville, Cherry Chaffin of Duncanville and Joyce White of Shreveport, La.; two sisters, Ruby Golden and Annie Bell Rutherford, both of Shreveport; four brothers, George Rutherford and Walter Rutherford, both of Shreveport, Allen Rutherford of Groesbeck and Norman Rutherford of California; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
