Note from "Erb & Myers" web page (Rootsweb):
Henry arrived in Butler Co., PA in 1796 along with his brother John.
Henry erected the Crab Run grist and saw mills in 1811 and carried them on until his death.
Lancaster Twp., was where Henry built his first cabin. Apparently, he had a few logs in place when he left his work to visit a neighbor. While absent, a newcomer, seeing the unfinished cabin, took possession of it and was at work building when Henry appeared. The matter was submitted to a committee of pioneers, who decreed the title to be with Henry, and so he completed the little home. A few days after, a band of Indians from Lawrence County tore down the cabin.
