Sidney William Pollard, 67 of Osceola, died March 5, 1991 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Osceola. He was a retired maintenance supervisor at Osceola Products. He was a Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Osceola First Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Helen Pollard of Osceola; eight sons, four daughters, five brothers, eight sisters, 30 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on March 8, at 1 p.m. at Roller-Swift Funeral Home Chapel in Osceola with the Rev. Mark Taylor officiating with burial at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola.
