Mr. Wayne Thorn, age 66, of Farmington, KY, died Monday, January 25, 2010, at 12:30 AM at his home in Farmington, KY. Mr. Thorn was of the Baptist Faith. He was a retired sheet metal worker for the Randy Thornton Company in Murray, KY.
He was the son of the late Victor Thorn and the late Pearl Mae (Dunn)Thorn.
He is also survived by his wife: Diana (Bruce) Thorn of Farmington, KY.
Also surviving are four sons; Billy Wayne Thorn of Murray, KY., Joseph Lee Thorn of Mayfield, KY., Christopher Allen Thorn of Gilbertsville, KY., Steven Lynn Thorn of Farmington, KY., and 16 grandchildren.
One sister, Marcell Sheridan of Hazel, KY and four brothers; Donald Thorn of Dexter, KY., Dale Thorn of Dexter, KY., Bobby Thorn of Dexter, KY., and Ronald Thorn of Dexter, KY., also survives.
Mr. Thorn was preceded in death by one daughter, Elana Lynn Thorn and two brothers, Marvin Thorn and Charles Thorn.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY.
Rev. Charles Frazier will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Story Cemetery.
