UNION POINT – Funeral services for Mr. Oscar S. Epps, 76, of Union Point will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Madison County, GA., with the Revs. Robert Black and Vernon Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Grover Cemetery.

Mr. Epps is survived by his widow, Mrs. Nellie Lou Epps of Union Point; four daughters, Mrs. Nezzie Harris of Union Point, Mrs. Louise Casper of Gainesville, Mrs. Stella Mae Morgan of Dearborn, Mich., Mrs. Martha Evans of Detroit, Mich., two sons, Robert Epps of Monroe and Ralph M. Epps, Route 1, Union Point; two sisters Mrs. Sally Gary of Commerce and Mrs. Pearley Watkins of Athens; two brothers, George Epps and BANE Epps both of Commerce; twenty-eight grandchildren and twenty-three grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
