Winfred Cleveland Coleman, 73, of Jonesboro, LA died Monday, July 3, 2000 at his residence after a lengthy illness. Funeral services were held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 5, 2000 in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Dark Jr., Danny Gibson and Earnest Little officiating. Burial was in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Mr. Coleman was a paper stock prop operator.
His survivors include: His wife, Beatrice Coleman of Jonesboro, LA. Two sons: Steve and Terry Coleman of Jonesboro, LA. Two daughters: Sherlyn Caraway of Jonesboro, La and June Knox of Hodge, LA. One sister: Helen Council of Quitman, LA and one brother: Marvin Coleman of Ringgold, LA. Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were: Mark Caraway, Greg Coleman, Jason Coleman, Jeremy Coleman, Jeff Huckaby, and Andy Brown.
