Mrs. Dan McFarland, a resident of the Nuckolls County Nursing Home, passed away Monday afternoon, Sept. 7, at the age of 81. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 in the Megrue funeral home in Superior. Burial was made in the Evergreen cemetery (sic) there.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters, Floyd and Tom, and Mrs. Joe Miller and Mrs. Harold Martin, a brother, John Baird, and a sister, Miss Stella Baird, and other relatives. Mr. McFarland passed away in 1954.
