Died Tuesday, Feb. 18, 1986, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. She was a native of Winnfield and resident of Baton Rouge.

Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government, 1 p.m. to religious services at 2 p.m. Wednesday, conducted by the Rev. Fred Shirley. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park.

Survived by husband, Hubert N. Wax, Baton Rouge; two brothers, Joe R. Heard Jr., Baton Rouge, and H. Robert Heard, Winnfield; and three nephews, Richard Charles Heard and Robert P. Heard, both of Winnfield, and Dr. J. Steven Heard, Shreveport.

Preceded in death by parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.R. Heard; and a brother, Richard Cooper Heard.

Pallbearers will be Richard Charles Heard, Robert P. Heard, Dr. J. Steven Heard, J. Roy Dabadie, Alec L. Postlethwaite and Ralph H. Sims. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. R. C. Kemp, Dr. J. Webb McGehee, Ron R. Peery, Dr. Richard E. Selser, Dr. Jed L. Morris, P. S. O'Brien, Gerald L. Walter Sr., Paul C. Wax Sr. and Ben W. Wax.

She was a member of Ingleside United Methodist Church; a graduate of LSU; a member of Chi Omega Decorators Club and Junior League of Baton Rouge. Memorial donations may be made to Ingleside United Methoidst Church or a favorite charity.
