Donna Rae Foote BAILEY, 59, died at home December 29, 1991. Born October 23, 1932 in Provo, Utah, a daughter of Chester F. and Elnora Carter FOOTE. Married Dick J. BAILEY, August 23, 1951 in Nephi, Utah; marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. She served in many positions in the LDS Church including Primary president, Relief Society teacher and librarian. Owned successful fabric store for eight years. She sewed curtains for trailer manufacturing plant for seven years. Currently employed by Department of Human Services for 11 years; was recently promoted to supervisor.
Survived by husband, Dick J. BAILEY, Ephraim; four children, Steve BAILEY, Ephraim; Mike BAILEY, Green River, Wyoming; Jeff BAILEY, Bountiful and Cathi MADSEN, Ephraim; seven grandchildren; brothers, Chester Lawrence FOOTE, Layton; Glen FOOTE, Ephraim and sister, Judith WENDELL, Kearns. Preceded in death by parents, sister, Melba KNIGHT.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, January 02, 1992 at 1:00 p.m., Ephraim LDS Stake Center. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday two hours prior to services. Interment: Ephraim Park Cemetery under direction of Ursenbach Funeral Home.
