According to Joseph's obit. his remains were to be buried in the old cemetery where Elizabeth was buried. Possibly "old" Presbyterian church in Spencer Co., KY (Taylorsville?)
UPDATE: Spencer County Kentucky library said that the old cemetery was Pioneer Cemetery also known as the old Taylorsville Cemetery.
