Mrs. Nettie Mathews, 84, from Bonners Ferry, Idaho, passed away June 19, 1959, at Deaconess Hospital in Great Falls, Mont., after an illness of several months. She was born Jun 19, 1975 at Springboro, Pa., to Henry and Alice Walker.
She was married to the late Almon Ford Mathews Dec 23, 1896 at Kingsville, Ohio.
In the spring of 1904 they moved to Everson, Mont. They lived there until 1910 when they moved to Coffee Creek, Mont., where they farmed until 1941, when they moved to Bonners Ferry, Idaho, where she made her home until her death.
She is survived by three daughters: Mrs. Laura Skelton and Mrs. Martha Morice of Bonners Ferry and Mrs. Pearl Metrovich of Coffee Creek, Mont., with whom she was staying until she was taken to the hospital at Great Falls June 18.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
