OBITUARY:
Jeanne L. Ligier, 73, of St. Regis, passed away Wednesday, July 23, 2003, at her home of natural causes.
Jeanne was born Oct. 6, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio.
She was a friend to all who knew and met her. Jeanne was not only a mom to her own children but to many others as well.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Joseph Guy LaPointe and Joey Ligier; a brother, Jerry; and a sister, Vivian.
Jeanne is survived by her children, Gary and Dianne, Mila and Daryl, Curtis, John and Sheila, Bobby, Connie, Jason, Bridgett and Mitchell. Also surviving are 18 grandchildren; 1 1 greatgrandchildren;
a brother, Joe Mitchell; and a sister, Norma Abraham. She also leaves her dearest, beloved soul mate, Kenneth Kennedy of St. Regis.
Graveside services held at 2 p.m. Monday at the St. Regis Cemetery.
