Mrs. Mary Quinn Wiley, wife of Capt. R. L. Wiley, aged 35, died at a local hospital at 10:30 Saturday evening. The body will be taken to Mathews county, Va., this morning via the Old Dominion steamship line for funeral services and interment.
She is survived by her husband, Capt. R. I. Wiley, of Norfolk; her father and mother, Capt. and Mrs. T. J. Powell, of Mathews county; three sisters, Mrs. G. S. Atwood, Mrs. E. Hernandez, and Miss Catherine Powell, of Norfolk; three brothers, Capt. R. F. and W. E. Powell, of Mathews county, and Capt. O. P. Powell, of Norfolk. ~Virginia Pilot.
Funeral services were conducted at Old Baptist church Monday afternoon by Rev. J. R. Stodghill, and burial was in the family cemetery.
