Lady Joy Curtis, 91, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Sunday, June 20, 2010, at Southern Magnolia Estates in Iuka. She was a member of the Iuka United Methodist Church. She was a WWII veteran of the Women's Air Force, and was retired from the Farmers Home Administration. She enjoyed traveling, photography, and reading. She was also an avid bridge player.

Survivors include her husband, William M. Curtis, Sr. of Iuka, MS; 1 son, William M. Curtis, Jr. and wife, Charlotte, of Tupelo, MS; 1 daughter, Sandra C. Dorn and husband, John, of Jacksonville, FL; 4 grandchildren, Arthur Reid Curtis of Tupelo, MS, Lauren Young and husband, Greg, of Franklin, TN, Candace L. Dorn of Jacksonville, FL, and Eric J. Dorn of Jacksonville, FL; and 2 great-grandchildren, Wyatt Thomas Young and Cooper Bennett Young.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Blanche Robinson; and a brother, Joe Robinson.
Visitation is scheduled for 5:00 until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 23, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 24, at the Iuka United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Jon Kaufman. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Carter Haines, Harold Lomenick, Sidney Whitehurst, John Castleberry, Neal Springer, Frank Thomas, Gary Lomenick, and Robbie Grisham. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, or the Iuka United Methodist Church.
